Your First 90 Days
Intake Interview, Life Area Survey, Financial & Work-Life Classes, Aptitude & Literacy Assessment, Bank Account Setup, OSHA-10 Safety Training, Scrap Metal & Forklift Upskilling
Phase 2 · Apprenticeship · $13–16/hr · 12 months
Apprenticeship
Recycling and warehousing operations. Ongoing development across Workforce Integration, Career Strategy & Advancement, and Personal Development.
A Pathway Toward Stable Employment
Employees are encouraged to pursue permanent employment whenever the right opportunity comes — whether that’s month three or month fifteen. The goal is a stable job, not program completion.
