Binghampton Block Crew
Binghampton Development Corporation (BDC) is launching a new neighborhood service with the city Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) to improve cleanliness, safety, and appearance across Binghampton. Our Block Crew teams work in public spaces to remove debris, maintain green areas, and address illegal dumping.
JOIN OUR TEAM
The BDC is looking for Binghampton residents to join our block crew team. If you are a hard worker and have Binghampton pride, we would love for you to apply. The part time position is 20-25 hours per week at $15/hour.
Where we work ?
✔ Binghampton Neighborhood Right of Ways
Streets, Sidewalks, Alleys
*Note: This program does NOT include private property maintenance.
What we do ?
✔ Remove trash, furniture, tires, and debris
✔ Clear sidewalks, alleys, and gutters
✔ Help prevent and report illegal dumping
✔ Keep streets and public spaces clean and accessible
