About the BDC Business Hub
Located in our new 82,000 SF warehouse facility, the BDC Business Hub warehouse-based job training program seeks to dismantle employment barriers while equipping individuals with the necessary hard and soft skills needed to obtain and retain gainful employment. The BDC Business Hub actively and intentionally prepares employees for a living wage career.
Job Training
The job training program is a 6 month long, paid, full-time, first shift warehouse based training and development program. Wages range between $12 and $15/hour.
Recycling
The BDC Business Hub offers a range of recycling services for materials that are currently difficult or impossible to recycle in Memphis including mattresses, tires, styrofoam, and light fixtures.
3PL Warehousing
The BDC Business Hub provides 3rd party logistics (3PL) warehousing services from its facility. Services available include; shipping, receiving, storage, pick / pack / ship, kitting, fulfilment, and more.
